Enrollment is confirmed when a completed application and a payment equal to one week is submitted. When childcare
is terminated, the week deposit could be used towards the last week or refunded. An additional one time administrative fee of
$20 is also required.
I consider enrollment terminated when a two weeks notice is given in writing.
Late pick-ups will be charged $1 per minute. All fees must be paid in full before child can return to daycare.
Holidays
The following holidays I am closed. These are paid holidays, so if one of these days fall on the day your child would
have attended, you are still responsible for the normal payment.
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day x 2
Christmas Day
**The day before Christmas and the day after I will also be closed, but not considered paid holidays.
Vacations/Time Off
I take up to 3 weeks of vacation per year. It will not be all at the same time. I will give at least a 30 day notice.
You will not be responsible for tuiton payment on those weeks.
There may also be days that I need to take off (sick day, personal). I will do my best to give as much notice as possible,
but cannot be guaranteed. These days will be credited.
